Supply System
We pay attention to the quality of raw materials for each product, and strictly control the use of environmentally friendly or environmentally friendly materials. We often personally supervise the supply of raw materials used by suppliers to control quality from the source. Without good raw materials, high-quality products cannot be produced.
Production Management System
Every bicycle component is produced in strict accordance with ISO9001 and EN.ISO4210 quality management systems. Every new employee has a 60-day vocational training period. The daily production list has everyone's signature to ensure that every link of daily production can be traced back to all workers. The product qualification rate will be evaluated monthly and the corresponding performance appraisal will be conducted.
QC System
Each production workshop is equipped with a dedicated QC person in charge, and each product is guaranteed to be inspected by QC. The inspection rate is less than 10%. When problems are found, they are immediately fed back to the corresponding person in charge and corrected. QC has performance appraisal to ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of QC work.
Package System
Each product uses cartons of different quality and strength, and there are special instruments to measure the strength of cartons. This ensures that all products are well preserved and safely transported to each customer or warehouse. The size of the cartons will also change at any time according to the changes in the products, without wasting space and protecting the cartons from being easily damaged.
Inventory System
The products packed into the warehouse will be placed at different heights and positions according to their weight, maximizing the use of the warehouse area and reducing the number of times the goods are moved within the warehouse, thereby reducing the risk of loss or damage of the goods.
Pre-Shipment Inspection System
Before the goods are loaded into the container, a dedicated QC will conduct a random inspection of no less than 1% of each product to be shipped. The random inspection will use special instruments. If laboratory inspection is required, it will be carried out 7 days before loading. Make sure there is no problem with the product before shipping.
After-Sales System
If customers have suggestions for rectification of some products, we should cooperate with them to make rectification plans as soon as possible. If the product is damaged or lost due to non-human factors, we should collect evidence as soon as possible and reissue the corresponding product in time. We should ensure that every order and product after-sales problem is handled efficiently.
Claims System
If a product encounters a major error and causes great losses to the customer, we will quickly assist the customer to repair or replace it. We will do our best to maintain the customer's reputation in the market until the customer is satisfied. Quickly help the customer win the trust of consumers and do a good job in public relations.
